Meet Cookie...

Our girl Tirzah passed away at age 12 the end of February. It was a very hard time for us.

We learned of a sweet girl in need of rescue.

Cookie was abandoned in a grocery store parking lot.

A loving gal found her and scooped her up. She took Cookie home, fed her and gave her a place to stay while she checked out Craigslist. She found our ad looking for a Golden Retreiver.

Michael and I went to check her out. I knew right away when Michael looked at her and said "Oh no."

He was taken in by this ball of fluff.

We acquired Cookie in March. I know it seems so sudden after the loss of our girl but it was something prayed about and the Lord choose the perfect girl for us.
Cookie is a Golden Retriever and Australian Cattle Dog mix and just turned one year old.

She is such a sweetheart and we are blessed!
She's our Cookie Dumpling.
